The
Sweet Land of Liberty Gallery
SWEET LAND
OF LIBERTY GALLERY: Based
on my love for our glorious
country, this series is about
patriotism. In this gallery
I have included note cards from
the painting WAITIN' ON THE
PARADE. I've had the
delightful fortune of
experiencing Fourth of July
celebrations in wonderful places
in the U. S., including:
Aspen, Colorado; Lake City,
Colorado; Jackson, Wyoming and of
course, my hometown of two
presidents, Midland, Texas.
My patriotic paintings are from
memories of my experiences, my
lifelong love of our American
uniqueness, and to pay homage to
our celebrations of
liberty. Also included in
this series are paintings of
favorite people, memories,
events, and places of our
wonderful country.
